How to select an output format before conversion

It's easy to select an output format so you can convert your PDF files to. Please follow these:
1. Start PDF Converter program, and import the PDF files you want to convert to other formats.
2. Click the icon
at the right of the selected PDF file. You can also go to File > File Configuration to open the same window.
3. In the window that appears, choose from MS Office Word, MS Office Excel, MS Office PowerPoint, HTML Document, Text Documents, Rich Text Format (.rtf), Image, or Electronic Publication in the Format drop-down menu. If you want convert all PDF files to the same format, check the Apply to all option. Otherwise, repeat step 2 and step 3 to specify different output formats.
4. Click the Convert button to start converting.
