How to load all movie clips on DVD to the application?

Make sure all the movie clips in the DVD can be played successfully and completely on the Mac first.

Then run the product and click product name > Preferences…  on the top menu. In the Convert tab to choose All Titles from the Load Contents in a DVD option. Then load the DVD movies again.

If not every clip is loaded, it's a good idea to test more DVDs. Sometimes, problems might happen to occurs on some special DVDs. If so, please email our customer service team with these DVD details included, like title, region code, purchasing link from Amazon, and so on.
