If you import an iTunes DRM-protected file to our program, it will start iTunes to play the DRM file (authorization required) and capture the video to an DRM-free video file. However, if iTunes is not installed on your computer, the program will say “iTunes Player Error”. Here's the solution to fix "iTunes Player Error".
For rented iTunes DRM-protected files
Use other screen recording software to record the video, instead of converting the video.
For non-rented iTunes DRM-protected files
1. Download and install the latest iTunes.
http://www.apple.com/downloads/
2. Make settings to let iTunes play files in separate windows.
3. Quit other programs because DRM conversion requires lots of CPU resources. You can open the
Windows Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+ALT+DELETE and termintate unnecessary processes in the
Process tab.
4. In our program, click the
Menu button, and select
Preferences. In the window that opens, go to
DRM tab and change
Capture Size to
Half of Original.
