FAQ for the following product:
Please uninstall the program from Control Panel and reinstall the program before the following steps. After installation, please right-click the shortcut for the program, and choose to run the program as Administrator if you are using Windows 7 or Vista.
For M4V file
Download iTunes from the link below for reinstallation and make sure the files play well on iTunes. Please also click Store>Authorize This Computer to authorize the file on the computer.
In case the above way doesn't work, please contact us with all files in the log folder in the installation path for analysis.
(1) Right-click the shortcut of the program, and select Properties>Find Target or Open File Location to open the installation path.
(2) Find a folder named "log" and send all the files in the folder to me.
