What can I do if the program says “Authorization Timeout”?

Last Revised: 2013-08-28 17:37:28

FAQ for the following product:

The program supports converting authorized DRM files only. The program will say “Authorization Timeout” if the authorization for the DRM WMA/WMV files expires. Please use the way below to fix it.

1. Download the latest version of Windows Media Player from the link below for reinstallation.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/windows-media-player

2. Play the WMA/WMV files on Windows Media Player. The player will open a Media Usage Rights Acquisition window like the one below and offer the steps for you to update your authorization.

Note: If Windows Media Player is not able to locate the sites to update your authorization, please contact the support of the sites for further assistance.
