Why does the Download button disappear?

Sometimes you might not see the "Download" button, then please refer to the following guidance:

If the Download button disappears, please first check the information below.

1. You have checked Install Video Download Plug-in on the Setup window when installing the program.
2. Restart your Internet browser after the installation of the program to complete the installation of the plug-in.

If the Download button doesn't disappear after trying the tips above, the case will occur due to the reasons below.

1. The Internet browser is not supported by the program. Please use IE, FireFox or Chrome.
2. The plug-in for the Download button is damaged. Please click the Menu button, click Preferences > Download, and click the Repair button to fix the case.

Note: After you click the Repair button, the program will lose the Internet browsers to reinstall the plug-in.
