While converting, there is a message of All conversion tasks have been finished, but no output file is created.

FAQ for the following product:

When you convert your files and meet such an error message, please go to Help>Check for Updates to check whether you are using the latest version. And also confirm whether your source file can be played successfully on your computer. If it can, please refer to the following information.

1. If your source file is the non-DRM protected file, please change another format as the output format for a try again. If another format also does not work, you could send us your source file to have a test on our side.

2. If your source file is the DRM protected file, please download the latest version of iTunes or Windows Media Player from the link below for reinstallation. After reinstallation, please click Help->Notice on our porgram to follow the steps to set iTunes properly if your file is the itunes file.

Close other software during the conversion and make sure that the computer is not in heavy task because the conversion of the DRM file is very CPU sensitive.

Click Tools>Preferences>DRM tab and set the capture size as Half of original. If you are converting DRM audio files, please close the parallel conversion instead.

Click the Advanced button and set all the parameters on the Advanced window lower.

When you start the conversion, the program will open iTunes or WMP in a separate window to record the video playback and remove the conversion. Please don’t close it, otherwise, the conversion will not complete.

In case this does not work, could you attach all files in the log folder in the e-mail? Here are some tips about how to find the log files.

(1) Right-click the icon of the program, and select Properties.
(2) On the pop-up window, please click the Find Target button or the Open File Location button, it will direct to the installation folder of this program.
(3) Find a folder named "log" and send all the files in the folder to me.

3. If your source file is a DVD, you could let us know the name, region code, publisher and Amazon link of this DVD.
