FAQ for the following product:

This program support to recover the data in this situation. You can follow the steps below to recover your data.
1. Have your device well-connected with computer and select the correct device model.
2. Choose Recover from iOS device, connect your device to enter the device system or analyze the device to scan the data.

For iPhone 4/iPhone 3GS/iPad 1/iPod Touch 4, please enter device system to scan your device.
 


For iPhone 4S/ iPhone 5, iPad 2, the New iPad, iPod Touch 5, iPad with Retina display, iPad mini , please analyze your device to scan your device.



Kindly Note: If your device is iPhone 4S, iPad 2, New iPad, iPod Touch 5, iPhone 5,iPad mini, iPad with Retina display and also it is the first time for you to connect your device with your computer, the recovery mode of Recover from iOS Device will be invalid.
