Why can't I see the "Download" button?

FAQ for the following product:

If the "Download" button doesn't appear, it may be caused by:

1. The Internet browser is not supported by the program. Please use IE,Foxfire or Chrome. 
2. The plug-in is not installed successfully. Please click Main menu>Preferences >Download , then click Repair button besides to the video Downloading Plug-in.

If the case still exists, please contact us with the details of your Internet browser( including its version) and a link for the online video. Here are details about how to contact us.
