FAQ for the following product:

If you fail to download the video, try the followings by yourself.
1. Ensure you can play it on your browser.
2. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
3. Ensure the website you are downloading is supported by the program.

If all is fine, you can close your anti-virus program temporary if you are using any and try again. If you still fail to, click the Feedback button on the top right corner of the program to contact us. Please provide the detailed video URL so we can test to find out the reason.
