How to set default text format?

1. When you edit document, and you wanna preset the default text such as font, size, you can go through the following steps:

1) Click File>Preferences button. 


2) Click Font and you can preset the font format under Default Text Font.


3) Click OK to save the settings.

2. When you use Text Box under Comment column to edit the document, you can also preset the default text in textbox such as font, size, you can go through the following steps:

1) Click File>Preferences button.


2) Click Font and you can preset the font format under Default Textbox Font. 


3) Click OK to save the settings.
