How can I create a fillable form from a PDF file?

When you want to create interactive forms by using our program, you can create interactive forms Automatically or you can create interactive forms Manually.

1. If you want to create a fillable form automatically from a PDF file, you can go through the following procedures:

1)  Open the file in our program.


2) Click Form>Form Field Recognition button to recognize the blanks and tables automatically, then you will get the fillable fields created.


3) Click Close Form Editing button, click the text field and start to type directly.


2. If you want to create a fillable form manually, you can go through the following procedures:

1) Open the PDF file in our program.


2) Click Form button and you can choose to Add text field button, Add check box, Add radio button, Add combo box, Add list box, Add push button or Add digital signature. 

3) For example, if you click Add text field, then the mouse pointer will become a cross and you can drag and drop an area to select the location for the filed you need, and then text field will be added.


4)  Click Close Form Editing button, click the text field and start to type directly.
