How to set tilt-shift.

FAQ for the following product:

After dragging your video to the Timeline, please click the Power Tool button, you will get the following window:

The Tilt-Shift feature can be used to attract the viewer's attention to a small part of the image while de-emphasizing other parts.

By moving the two parallel lines, and the circle, you can select the part which will remain clear and the other part will be blured.
