How to add hyperlinks on the PDF file?

After openning the PDF file in the program, please click the Add Link button under the Markup button.
Then drag the area where you want to add the hyperlink, you will get this pop up window to set the action. You can choose Go to a page view of the same PDF file or choose Open a web page directly.
