As for the "Runtime error", it is caused by the compatibility between your PC and our programs. For most of users, the error would not pop up. However, for some PC with special configuration, the error notice will pop up. Usually when you click button "OK” you can continue using the program.
If it still does not work, please try following steps.
1. Reinstall the program and launch the program to try again.
2. Try using Recover from iOS device or Recover from iTunes backup file.
In case of it still does not work, please contact technical support team and provide the log files.
