How to fix the “Virtual driver not installed” error?

The message comes up because the virtual sound sound card is not installed properly. The virtual sound card is used for recording audio in DRM file conversion or Video Recorder.

Please click the Menu button  , choose Preferences>DRM, and click the Driver Check button to install the virtual sound card.

Please contact us with all files in the log folder in the installation path in case the way doesn't work as well.

 (1) Right-click the shortcut of the program, and select Properties>Find Target or Open File Location to open the installation path.

(2) Find a folder named "log" and send all the files in the folder to me.
